you enable them in administer -> modules and you can enable as many as your system can handle at once.

what does that mean?? does

your install is dependant on how much memory you have available at any given time. The more modules you install the more memory you will need. When you hit the memory limit, you are handed back an error that states so. It's just a cautious word of advice. I wouldn't throw 100 modules at an installation and try and enable them all at once.

thats how many i will need

100 modules to act like a cms?

What modules do you plan on using to setup drupal as a CMS? Out of the box, Drupal is a full blown CMS. All of the additional modules are just additions to help increase the functionality of the Drupal experience.

Aside the core modules enabled and provided with the default install of Drupal, the only other major modules you might need would be:

Content Construction Kit
- Imagefield
ImageAPI
ImageCache
Lightbox2
Panels
Views

In response to the initial issue, enable 20 modules, save, enable 20 more, save enable 20 more, save and so on. It would take you less than 5 min to enable all 100 modules, even doing 20 at a time.

i need the 2 permissions
