Issue Summary
Page layout is being destroyed mostly in aministrator pages like in modules and in recent log entries.

Could you please post a more specific report preferably with screenshots and browser information? What you said so far does not help fix any possible problem. Also, it might be useful to try with another theme (unless you use Garland that is).
