Results from tracking PDFs in Google Analytics

We're tracking PDFs through the GA module.

When, in GA, I search for visitors figures for a PDF (uploaded through IMCE), I get at figures for at least different URLS. As an example, asking GA for visitors stats for files that include schools_policy.pdf

/download/sites--epilepsy--files--images--downloads--schools_policy.pdf (313 page views)
/downloads/pdf/schools_policy.pdf (16 page views)

So has the PDF been downloaded 16 times, or 313 times, or 329 times?!
