folders and files changes out of sync

Hi, i think its a bug or more a missing feature but i might be wrong.

I could not see how does the module recognize paths changed and files removed. I had default path and ran cron, then i changed path as it was not the place where i wanted to keep my files and it indexed new stuff but it was still indexing old as well.

I think files index should remove files if they are not in the folders tree any more (file deleted or folder moved)

I also think it should be disabled by default or at leas point to some empty dir or something, its dangerous to index app root by default (at least it was like that in my case)
