As i have posted a project of my site before,and someone suggest to let the site be tableless,it's a huge work to do it ,i think.including redesign in drupal,i wonder who can do it well,i can pay $1000 for this. my site is :www.shiningholiday.com

My main concerns when suggesting tableless design were being able to control all design elements from single css file and minimizing size of HTML & CSS code not to have speed & bandwidth issues in future
