more than content in one page

i need to implement more than one node on the same visited page , in example : the right side will contain the last stories , the left side bar will contains other information , and the body contain page (at the center) contain another information ,,,,,

how can i do this ?

how can i print more than one stories in the same page , but in different region of the themes .
