It is ossible to caneg the order of articles in drupal? because I have added now a blog section here http://www.forniture-alberghiere.net/news-fiere but I see that my newest posts are on the bottm part of page and older are up, it look illogical to me, I?m using wordpress blog from years and generally all blogs publish last posts on the top part of page..

Strange.
My frontpage and blog both display new posts at the top.
I can't see a way of changing it.

How did you create this page? Like anti said, the core blog module sorts newest first.

I hope you solved the problem!??

I came across this page having the same problem.

I was moving a website from PmWiki to Drupal and transfered the press releases to a blog of a user called "News Room".

Anyway - I had the same problem - even after changing the dates of submission to the once from the PmWiki site.

This solved the problem:
1. make sure the submission date you enter is right in the past where you want it to be.
2. run cron / flash caches
3. if you added the date correctly, but didn't bother to be as accurate as the system is and just forgot to add the time difference to GMT as in +0200 or similar - you should just reopen the posting and you should find the time offset has been added, double check the date being in the past and now you can save it with the correct time offset added - for me this resolved the issue.

Good luck
