Another "List Mode"

Description
Issue: The flat mode isn't what I want to see and the "Hierarchical" one doesn't look good at all.
It would be nice to just have one that just had the parent term in larger text and/or underlined and then the other terms listed below it.
Example:
Term1
Term2
Childterm1
Childterm2
Term3
Childterm3
Term4
It's soooo simple, but would look better than the table that shows up really weird with the Garland theme.
