How to apply a discount for all products in site for users with wholesale role

Hi there, I have been trying to get the discounts module to work for applying a 20% discount for all products in site, for users with wholesale role assigned, but I cant seem to get it to work at all.. Im using Drupal 5.12 Ubercart 2 and Paypal Express Checkout as payment method...
Please help me configure the discount or the module..
This is what i got

Conditions
Group Weight Property Op Item Value Actions
1 0 Site = all
1 0 User Role = wholesale customer

Actions
Property Weight Item Qty Amount Actions
Discount product type price from order 0 0 20%
