As the title says. Also the package has a strange content with a soapclient folder in a module folder in a soapclient folder.
I will try my luck with a cvs checkout.

CVS HEAD contains D6 code, the 5.x release was pointing there instead of the DRUPAL-5 branch. This has been fixed and hopefully a new -dev release will get built later containing the correct code.
