abuse module bug

hi all,
in abuse module while i am going to ban any user. only first user that has done offences,it will ask "are u sure to ban abc user". if i select to ban another (xyz)user then it will also ask "are u sure to ban abc user".and so on...
if anyone have solution then please help me..

This is not a module development question but rather a bug of the abuse module. Please report it in the issue queue of the abuse module at http://drupal.org/project/issues/abuse. Make sure to check if this issue hasn't already been reported and whether or not a patch has been provided.
