I have a site which is essentially a travel blog network which will be running a blogging competition. Before I announce the competition keen to get a pro Drupaller to make sure everything is working correctly. Please review the requirements below which hopefully make sense and if you can do it please email me with any questions and a guide to cost and also a timescale. I need this relatively urgently so please bear that in mind.

Many thanks in advance.

Essential

Upgrade to latest version of Drupal 6 (after checking that all functionality is available in Drupal 6)

Sort taxonomy – which is currently separate Categories – “Region” eg Europe, City eg “Paris” Section eg Nightlife. I need the cities to become subcategories of the appropriate regions and I also need to be able to show Nightlife in Berlin for example.

Set up module to take RSS feeds from other sites mapped to the taxonomy of my site – typically region, city, and type eg - nightlife

Allow users to register and enter the rss feed for their blog – this automatically becomes an unpublished feed on my site. Editor then reviews and approves or deletes the feed.

Once the blog’s feed is approved it is automatically entered into the main competion which lists each blog by city and links to the users profile.

Create new user role – Blogger – these users’ posts whether directly entered on the site or via a feed are automatically published. All other posts are reviewed by editor.

Set up user karma (or user points) with voting forms – authenticated users can vote for each post and user gets points. Editor must have ability to award bonus points to users. Points are totalled and ranked.

Create 10 views: Top ranked posts, top ranked users latest posts, top from each region etc.

Configure advanced profile
Configure advanced forums

Clean up my installation – eg remove unused modules etc.

If possible

export a panels page for Drupal 6 (though I realise the latest module release might not allow this.

Allow the participating off site Bloggers to create a tag eg “Competition Entry” and only those posts are then published in the feed on our site.

Create some mechanism that a blogger who has their feed published on our site can enter a line of code into their own blog template which under every post will give a link to the same post on our site to say Vote for Me at this site. Or even better the actually display the voting button showing the number of votes (similar to Digg)

"export a panels page for Drupal 6"

If you mean export in 5 and import in 6, that doesn't work, yet.

Sounds like an interesting site. Be sure to do a showcase post when you're done. Curious to see what you do with profiles/forums. :)
