The state codes for romanian counties are wrong. You can find the right one here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Counties_of_Romania

And when a type in to the State / Province field : "Arad" it gives this error : Could not find Arad as a province from Romania. Try to use the province abbreviation or number.

could you correct the ro.inc file (located on the "countries" folder) and post it here? Note that the all names should be in English.

Also, if you have the time, you can see us.inc and copy the function addresses_address_format_us() and set how Addresses are written in Romania. As soon you have this file, i will commit it and credit you.
