Userpoints Top Contributers is a different module maintained by a different group of people. Please do not reclassify something away from the correct module just to gather attention. The group of people maintaining this module has enough work to do already.

I'm sorry that you're not getting attention on your bug and I'm sure that the bug is rather annoying but I have to suggest that you either (a) attempt to fix the bug yourself (you'd be surprised at how easy these can be) or (b) hire someone.

Again.. I'm sorry but these things needs to be handled in the proper way.

The contrib module is rendered useless if the blocks don't work as stated. Thankfully the maintainer of the module picked up on my message above prior to you marking as duplicate and immediately issued a fix.
