workflow

As I understand the description:

· the site already has user accounts
· this module creates a CSV file (based on the existing user accounts) with a url to visit
· users visit the url and are taken to their profile to change their password

Assuming I have understood, I have questions about the workflow:

1)
What is the best way to mass-create/import user accounts?
I have 600 users for whom the normal sign-up procedure could be problematic.
It might help if I could create the accounts myself and then distribute the info.

2)
Once the OTL list has been generated, what is the best way to distribute each link to each user?
These 600 users don't have email addresses; there will be a fake address in their account info.
Can you think of a better way than printing the list, and handing a slip of paper to each person?
