update makes me loose all my themes and blocks and so.

I have looked at my database, blocks table, system table, but nothing odd in there.

After i visted /admin/themes every jumped to normal again. PLease try to reproduce it. If it was just me, well, close this isue. BUt i have ot a feeling that we should keep this bug critical?
