Discontinue 1.x Branch Support

As far as I know, no maintainers are actively using the 1.x version of this module. I came on board with the 6.x port, and had no intention of supporting Drupal 5 at all. However, now that dww has backported the bulk of the changes, we can collaborate fixes back and forth between the the 2.x versions. Does anyone oppose removing the 1.x version from the supported versions of this project?
