Need help building my website.

Does anyone know if there are people proficient in Drupal who would help teach it to me and help build my website along the way in person for an hourly fee? I would only need help for about a couple of hours a week, as most things I could do myself. But every now and then I run into roadblocks and have a long list of questions. They would not have to be a super expert because the site I am building is very simple. I'm looking for someone in the Philadelphia area. Do you know if there is a way of connecting with someone like that from some other source besides Drupal.org and besides craigslist?
