is there a way for the one account - two password and two roles for each password ?
i want to create like a parent-child accunt ?

You can't do this. Your
You can't do this. Your best bet is to create another account for the child, and set it to a different role.
You can use the http://drupal.org/project/user_selectable_roles or the http://drupal.org/project/apply_for_role module to let the user select either parent or child role.
