When I click the facebook link it simply takes me to:

http://www.facebook.com/posted.php

And doesn't post the item. Is this the desired behavior?

Nevermind. This seems to have been caused by my using in in a localhost environment. I think fb filtered out my links because they contained a port or something. Once I put it on a live server it worked as desired.
