Field permissions stoped working at all

Hi-

I have set up everything by the book, I have worked with it (it worked at least a year) and now - anonymous users can see everything and nothing helps. Removed fieldgoup, changed permissions, rebuild permissions etc.

Went back to 1.9, same thing.

Does anybody know - could there be some conflicts with other modules (anything ?).
