Singularo and I have 4-8 hours each per week to work on erp... not enough, but we're flat out with paid work :)
It's a non trivial task unfortunately.. skipping D5 altogether.
This week I got most of the views upgraded and working in D6, so that's one hurdle out of the way.
Next task for me is line items in invoices - they need some work, so we're ajaxifying things there... half way through this.
A firm time frame is unknown... rough guess - a couple months...

singularoThe 6.x branch of erp has come a long way in the last three weeks, to the point we are internally beta testing.
If you have a fresh/scratch 6.x install you can drop it in to test, feel free, and please report any issues.
Its not yet production ready, but is getting close.
The 5.x branch was never really completed.
