Views drill down from state

D6 Views 2.

Surely people are not making 500 views for 50 states and ten categories in the states.....that would be madness.

Is the way forward with Arguments in the URL?

Is it one view that changes what is generated based on arguments in the URL?

What I mean is I can output a list of states, click on the state then up comes the categories, then display the categories for that state.
