hi
new to drupal me and some friends start a new site lately based on gaming but we realized our posts are getting lost quick as soon as new posts get added.
is there any way possible we can output recent posts by category to a block so at least we can show 3 recent posts of each major category like ps3,wii,x360... in the front page please.

any help,tips,idea to make the site even better are welcomed please.

You're better off asking any questions you have in the forums. When someone PMs me with generic drupal questions, I always request they repost their question(s) in the forums (and to send me the link)--PMs help only 1 person, while forum posts have the potential to help many others.
