Need to create page with all blogs from Author X showing

I'm a newbie to Drupal and so far I am having great luck. I am using Drupal 6.0.

I need to create a Featured Blogs page where I only show the blog of a specific User ID.

Can someone let me know what code snippet I would need to add to a block or a page to accomplish this?
