Please note that we would like to reuse as many existing and available modules from the Drupal community.

* User registration and management - simple, with the ability subscribe to a newsletter. Would require paid subscription for phase 1.1
* Free articles can be accessed without logging in. Premium articles/videos etc to be accessed only after login.
* RSS feeds
* Integration with Google Ads
* Graphic design of the website from scratch - clean, minimalistic web2.0 style
Please send us an hourly quote and a rough ball park hour estimate (+-15% would be fine) for the above. We will be hosting the site ourselves. Please also quote for continuous maintenance and upgrades. The hourly quote is important to us for determination.
Please send in hourly/fixed rates for design, architecture, development, QA and maintenance separately if applicable as we might want to QA this ourselves.
Offshore/onshore - any kind of development mode is OK. However good English communication skills are extremely important.
We are looking to do this in a quick time frame. Start date should be last week of January.
Would require details of past experience and current capabilities (including links of work), methodology and work philosophy. The more details you can provide, the better it would be for me to filter out.
