Description

The editor works fine, but appears enabled by default, the simple built in editor is fine for most of my users but some want the functionality of the rich editor.
As I said it opens up by default. want it to open up in built in mode first

The latest version should allow you to do this.
- previously the editor was enabled but you could specify a list of exceptions
- now you also have a switch which lets you reverse the above, so it can be disabled by default (with specified exceptions)
