Issue Summary

Currently everything is always expanded. Support feature to expand collapse a tree. So far large number of records returned by tree it is more manageable.

This feature is already available.
Note that collapse-icons will only be shown with root nodes. (specify node-types at style-plugin-settings).

I'll make this feature available for non-root nodes too..
