Modules to maximize user workflow?

I'm researching modules (for 5.x) to improve user workflow on a music community site, but I haven't been able to find much.

I've looked into the Profile Setup module and also the Profile Complete Percent module, but those integrate with the core profile and we have profiles set up as nodes. I'm really looking for improvement in user workflow in the overall site - currently, users can upload/create songs, albums, images, videos, products, blogs, shows, etc. so there is an overwhelming amount of things to do on the site and not a clear cut flow.

Below is the ideal module I'm looking for:

- In the admin, you are able to order what tasks you want users to do on the site (example: upload song)
- These tasks or "to-dos" would be listed on the user's minisite
- Table stores what people have done on the site (example: uploaded a profile photo)
- Once the user has completed a "to-do", it is removed from the list on the user's minisite

If I can't find anything, we'll probably develop a module. Any direction on that would be helpful as well.
