Hello everyone, ok here it goes. I have been designing websites for a around 10 years now. And has been actively hiring out my drupal web developments and still will. How i do things now is design the html websites with css included and give them to my Drupal guy (developer) He then takes the html and converts it to a Drupal theme. I'd like to cut down on costs and have someone show me step by step html to drupal conversion and possably start learning the core of Drupal. My last 4 Drupal website have been a over-welling success. And still want to have my Drupal guy do the conversions but our work scale is groweing as i type and feel i must learn this to help with our company. So I am willing to pay someone a few hours to teach me html to drupal conversion to activating my converted html theme inside drupal. keeping in mind I know my way around drupal quite well. Just dont have the html to Drupal conversion down pat. Any offers will be considered. thank you for reading my request. Todd H
