Is there anyway to get tagedelic to automatically assign predefined tags to stories so the user doesn't have to fill them in manually for every post?

Ex: If I wanted every story that mentioned amazon.com or amazon, to be associated with the tag amazon.

Is this possible?

I dont think this module will work. I would have to place the text in the title and comments between [tags][/tags]. This means I would have to manually edit every post :( Any other ideas?
