Are there any ways for hacking drupal 6.3x versions with sql injections? is it possible? and yeah what are the ways of avoiding it?

Why not upgrade to 6.8, which has no known SQL vulnerabilities?

Currently, 6.8 has no known vulnerabilities, so if you upgrade to that version you can be fairly confident that hackers can't perform SQL injections.
