I have a site running Drupal 5 with Marinelli installed. I'm using Primary Links as my main form of navigation. However, I would like for these links to have children but they will not show up. Instead an orange bar will show up. How can I fix this?

I have looked around for answers and the only thing I have noticed is that this is a bug with Drupal 5 itself.
