Issue Summary
Site-wide crss entries' body start with the "In reply to: " phrase, which is a link to the node that the comment has been submitted to. If the comment is an answer for another comment, this is a bit confusing, as the entry's parent is a comment, and not the node itself - so it is a reply to a comment, not the node itself (although the link is not quite bad, as the linked page does contain the entry I am speaking of).
I would recommend changing the link to one that points to the entry's parent: if it is a node itself, a node link; if it is a comment, a comment link (the node link appended by an appropriate "#comment-" counterpart). This way it would be much more cleaner to understand the flow, since the threading is preserved (somewhat).

The text now shows "In reply to [node:title]" if the comment has no parent, or "In reply to [comment:title]" if the comment is a child comment.
