I just added the Nice Menus to my site (Drupal 6), and started tweeking it.
I added a new Nice Menu block in the left sidebar, and when I hover with my mouse over a certain item in the menu, the children drop to the right. No problem so far.

However, I don't want my menu to be in the left sidebar, but beneath the header.
So I was wondering, where do I put my block to make it appear just below the header?

If that still is to vague, I uploaded a screen shot which should clarify what I mean. :)

The screen shot can be viewed at: http://i43.tinypic.com/30ldl3c.gif

Thanks in advance :)

It depends on somewhat on

It depends on somewhat on your theme. If you have a header region in your theme (most do), assign the block to that region, then drag it to the proper order within the list of blocks for that region (admin/build/block).

I'm using the theme: Elegant.

I moved the block (the only active one, the others are disabled (for now)) to header region,
however, the navigation now disappears...

So is it just the theme or am i doing something wrong again?
(and how can you see when your theme can do something like i want ? )

put your navigation menu back where it was.

Figure out what links you want to move
go to administer -> menus
locate those links you want to move and set them to show in the primary menus

That should get you where you want to be.

Once you've determined what you want moved out of the navigation menu block you can simply set that block to disabled.
