2 Questions about 2 modules

First question is about standard comment module. How to create comment form under each node ? Now it's possible to click url who leads to the form. ( example: http://stylizedweb.com/2008/08/04/how-to-grab-alexa-traffic-rank/ post, comment form, comments.

Second question is about award module (http://drupal.org/project/award). Is it possible to integrate this module with Organic Group. Now user with appropriate permission can add award to any users but how to create that user with appropriate permission can add award to group and display this in group profile.
