Warn admins when enabling video on content type with uploads disabled

I enabled flashvideo on a conten type where I'd previously disabled uploads.
Result: no video field and 10 minutes of trying to figure out what was wrong.

It would be very useful to warn the admin user when flashvideo is enabled on a content type with uploads disabled!
