Default Images and Imagecache

Issue Summary

I am using Drupal 5.14 and Imagecache 5.x-2.2. I have a Default Image 85x85 pix for all users who do not upload an image which works fine.

Avatar blocks works fine when the Imagecache preset is set to None. I have set up a new preset 50x50pix. When I enable the preset in Avtar blocks the default images disappears and is replaced by just the username. The same preset works fine when the user includes a picture in his profile. This is the case for all avatar blocks. If there is a solution I would love to hear of it.

I have have ImageCache 2.3 and don't have the issue. The default picture works fine.

I am using Imagecache 2.3 and it yet does not work for me when I choose the option to "Display users without avatars" in the "Who's New Avatars" block. Of course I have configured a default image

Maybe, you forget enable "Imagecache Profile Pictures" modul, part of Imagecache module.
