Is there a possible to create declensions of relationship types? Now some phrases looks ugly, especially in not-English languages.

Once you create the relation you can set the plural form. If you wish to use a custom plural form for a certain phrase, just alter that particular string in the ui to whatever you like.

For multilingual support you could try the translation module and see if you can set different translation strings.
