Description
I am running Drupal 6.8 and the latest Dev version of Availability Calendars, when I go into Content Types and set Availability calendar support to enabled and click 'save' Drupal says that the settings have been saved.
But when I go back to that content type and check the Content Types settings again the Availability calendar support is set to 'disabled' again.

I can confirm that I'm seeing this too, though I'm not sure when it broke... I think it must have been working with earlier versions of core. For me, no changes are being saved, whether enabling or disabling the calendar for that node type.
Is your installation a new one, or had it been working previously?

Ah, this broke with the move to the settings in #301808: Documentation: Improve setup instructions. I've applied a quick fix for the dev version. There is some more work needed to add some more settings, so this should be revisited soon, but for now, this problem should be fixed.
