I have setup the USPS shipping calculator exactly as the instructions tell me to (with the exception of Workflow-ng since it is not available in Version 6). I have received confirmation from the USPS that my ID is pointing to the production server. But when I attempt to calculate the shipping I receive this error.

I'm not sure why you posted that for this module, but I'll direct you to the Ubercart support forums for assistance. I've never setup a USPS account, but people regularly find help with that in the forums.
