Ecommerce C.O.D. module question

I have enabled the C.O.D. module (along with the PayPal and Authorize.net modules).
I have updated the settings for the COD module.
When I get to the payment page, I only have options to choose between PayPal and CreditCard?
Why would the COD not show up? (I re-titled the COD to be 'Bill Me Later').
