Is there anyway of rebuilding a color scheme so that it uses the most recent version of the theme. There doesn't seems to be a method to do this without losing all the current settings.

Also it would be good if the color module can detect changes in the theme and dynamically rebuild the css and images the same as how the optimizing ccs and js does.
