Composite Layout and i18n images for layout missing

Issue Summary

The images for the different layouts (like sites/all/modules/composite/theme/composite-layout-onecol.icon.png) gets the language path prefix appended so it becomes en/sites/all/modules/composite/theme/composite-layout-onecol.icon.png and can't find the images.

Hi,

Busy with other things at the moment, but I realise this one definitely needs to be investigated and fixed.
