When the page to be displayed has too many tabs (and possibly additional selections placed beneeth the tabs) that occupy more than one row, then text of the page body (and the additional selections) overlaps with them causing a mess.

An example where tabs and additional selections overlap is in editing administrator account where I have two rows of tabs with the second row overlapping with selections 'Statistics' and 'My NewsLetters'.
