Term Image upload displayed when deleting a term

Description

I found that when I delete a term and Drupal shows me the confirm page I also get the Term Image fieldset on that page.

Thanks for the patch and catching this. I had the same problem with the TI_image_attach contrib as well.

Committed on 6.x only.
