Issue Summary
I would like the next/prev month link also visible at the bottom of the table.
That way someone can get to the next month without having to scroll back to the top of the page.
Some of my tables are very long. See http://openwaterswimming.eu/event/2009/07 as example.
Witch code and where to put it do I use?

I still would like the « month year » above the table in http://yoursite.com/event
to also appear at the botom of the table
