How can i make the "recent posts" page fluid?

i dont know if it s a theme thing or the module theme thing.....but where can i make the recent posts fluid so that i can have a floating right sidebar?

You mean the default Drupal
You mean the default Drupal block "Recent Posts"? And you want it to stretch to the width of the page?
It'll depend on which theme you're using, but as a a generalisation, it'll be a CSS property in the themes style sheet you need to change - of course some themes have fixed and fluid widths built in.
