It seems that in multiple places, theme username-function is not used, but username is directly displayed.
Example - /guestbook display or display of guestbook entries.

Corrective action: find + replace for username in .module file.

I use theme username override, but guestbook 5.x.1.1. does not use theme username.

The settings with username are quite complicated and this changes the if-structure quite heavily. I hope it works with other settings.

This works at my site.
See patch attached.
