Type, node exclusion and relevancy

Issue Summary

Can there be a simple comma seperated field on vocab page AC settings to exclude some node types?

Also on node pages a "Do not autocategorise this node" checkbox can be also very useful and permission to use this setting can be set for roles.

Also "Add most relevant n terms" setting can be beneficial.

Why third party ? This module is a very good candidate for a very versatile keyword management and tagging suite I think :)
